How far in advance should I book?
We recommend checking availability in advance, especially during peak season. If your event is this week, call and the team will confirm whether the date can be accepted.
What's included in the quoted price?
Professional musicians with coordinated wardrobe, transport and setup, premium instruments, portable sound system for outdoors if needed, pre-event coordination via WhatsApp, and musical direction. No surprise costs.
Do I need to provide sound or stage?
Indoor with venue's sound system: we plug into it. Outdoor: portable sound included. You don't need a stage — we're a walking show, we go where you point. Custom staging quoted separately.
Does it work indoor and outdoor?
Both, subject to evaluation of space, access, sound and rain plan. The team confirms technical requirements before accepting the event.
Is my event too small or too big?
The format is recommended based on guest count, space and event moment. Batucada Express is available for smaller groups; large productions require technical review and a separate quote.
What if it rains on event day?
For outdoor events we always recommend a covered plan B. If it rains and there's an indoor alternative, we play. If no plan B and rain makes it impossible, we coordinate to reschedule within 90 days at no extra cost.
Do you travel outside Puerto Rico?
Events outside Puerto Rico require availability review and a separate quote for transportation, lodging and per diem. Bilingual ES/EN coordination is available.
How do I pay and what's the cancellation policy?
We accept ATH Móvil, bank transfer, Zelle (USA) and credit card. 50% on confirmation, 50% on event day. Cancellations 30+ days out: 100% deposit refund. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Under 14 days: deposit non-refundable but reschedulable within 6 months.
