How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4 to 8 weeks ahead to secure the date. For peak season (December, May weddings, year-end corporate) book 2-3 months out. Event this week? Call us — we've solved bookings with 48 hours notice.
What's included in the quoted price?
Professional musicians with coordinated wardrobe, transport and setup, premium instruments, portable sound system for outdoors if needed, pre-event coordination via WhatsApp, and musical direction. No surprise costs.
Do I need to provide sound or stage?
Indoor with venue's sound system: we plug into it. Outdoor: portable sound included. You don't need a stage — we're a walking show, we go where you point. Custom staging quoted separately.
Does it work indoor and outdoor?
Both. We've played at 5-star hotels, ballrooms, public plazas, beach, mountain, helipads, cruise ships. Only real requirement is space for 4-6 moving musicians. For outdoor with no cover, we recommend a backup canopy just in case.
Is my event too small or too big?
We've done everything from intimate parties of 30 to town festivals of 5,000. For small groups, Batucada Express (15 min, 4 musicians) is ideal. For massive events we scale to 6-8 musicians and double the sound system.
What if it rains on event day?
For outdoor events we always recommend a covered plan B. If it rains and there's an indoor alternative, we play. If no plan B and rain makes it impossible, we coordinate to reschedule within 90 days at no extra cost.
Do you travel outside Puerto Rico?
Yes. We've flown to mainland USA, Caribbean and Latin America for destination weddings and corporate events. Separate quote includes flight, hotel and per diem. Bilingual ES/EN coordination is available for international guests.
How do I pay and what's the cancellation policy?
We accept ATH Móvil, bank transfer, Zelle (USA) and credit card. 50% on confirmation, 50% on event day. Cancellations 30+ days out: 100% deposit refund. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Under 14 days: deposit non-refundable but reschedulable within 6 months.
